| 2. How long will my packages take to get here? |
This is dependant on several factors such as our current stock and the products perticular origin. All of our products are imported from overseas and can sometimes take an additional day or two to get here. But do not worry, we have a very good relationship with all of our suppliers and will continue to deliver on time as always. please visit our Shipping page for more details. |

| 3. Will your Cellular phones and watches work in my country? |
We are not capable of answering that question for every country or even for all carriers at this point but we have included the necessary information about each phone to help you in figuring that out. The details section for each product contains the frequency and network capability options available for the model listed. | 4. What if the product I ordered does not work properly or at all? |
We offer a full Warranty on everything we cary for one year, no questions asked. If your purchase stops working or is faulty in anyway, we will take it back and refund or replace it with no hassle or question. Fill out an RMA(return merchandise authorization) and send it back to us. We will take it from there. This option will more than likely result in the loss of the shipping cost you paid to receive the item but not to return it. We are SORRY for this inconvenience. |

Our "doors" officialy opened on October 3rd 2008. We have been offering electronics through our website since that very day. |

| 7. What information does your company need in order to create an account? |
You may view all of this by looking at the Account Creation page directly or:
- First and last name...

- Your complete physical address...
- Telephone number (only used if we need to contact you regarding an order)...

| 8. Does your company stock all your products? |
We stock products that we can purchase in 'bulk', and only when we can do so. Our inventory can sometimes be limited by this, we offer a Drop Shipping option on all of our orders for products that are not in stock for this very reason. |

| 9. Can you you Drop Ship to my house directly? |
Yes in fact we can. This is our preferred method of delivery due to the time frame and cost to you. The difference being that we will not be able to pre-pay the import tax, so it will be added to the total cost when delivered. | 10. Do you have a M.O.Q. (minimum order quantity)? |
We do not currently require a minimum order quantity on any of our products. As of now, we have no plans of ever changing this. |

| We do not provide any kind of shipping insurance but you can purchase insurance directly through the shipping privder that you choose durring the checkout process. Please email us with any special requests. |
